Bri Powell

As a Lafayette native, Bri Powell has an in-depth knowledge of the Greater Lafayette area and uses that expertise for the benefit of her clients. She enjoys guiding and supporting her clients through their projects, whether it be their first or their fiftieth commercial transaction. Bri’s attention to detail, exceptional communication and rate of success have fostered a loyal client base.

Bri began her career in real estate in 2010 where she worked in the areas of student housing, luxury residential and commercial property, as well as homeowner association (HOA) and parking garage management. Her roles, as well as her interests, grew through this time from leasing agent, assistant manager, sales & marketing manager, and property manager. In 2016, Bri became a Realtor with a sole focus on commercial real estate. Working on retail, office and downtown historic properties are her passions. She is excited to bring her experience to the team at TruVant Realty.

Bri is married to her high school sweetheart, Brandon, and together, they have two children, Boston and Stella. In her free time, you can usually find Bri at a ballfield with her son or the horse stable with her daughter. However, on a rare free weekend, Bri enjoys spending time on the lake, going on R&R trips with her husband, browsing antique stores and most of all, snuggling with her beloved Goldendoodles.
